When a joyride ends in a collision with a hiker, a group of friends is forced to decide whether to get him the help he needs or protect themselves. What they don't know, is that a "hit and run" is the least of their concerns. It isn't what they can see that they should be afraid of . . . it's what's hiding inside them.
